Product Description
Laser therapy delivers non-thermal photons of light to the body for about 3 to 8 minutes to the injured cells. The cells are then stimulated and respond with a higher rate of metabolism. This results in relief from pain, better circulation, anti-inflammation, and acceleration of the healing process.
Results vary from patient to patient and most are enjoying life again within a few weeks. The result of lowintensity laser irradiation is the restoration of normal function of the cell unit.
Therapy Principle:
1. Improving the blood circulation
Laser directly energises the affected part where blood flow is decreased or energises the sympathetic ganglion which dominates this range. It could supply sufficient blood and nutrition in order to improve the metabolism and relieve symptom.
This helps with pain relief.
2. Diminishing inflammation quickly
Laser energises the affected area to enhance the activity of phagocyte and improve the immunity and diminish the inflammation quickly.
Home use of low level laser treatment is a good physiotherapy device therefore.
3. Relieving the pain
The injured part has reduced pain after laser use. Laser can also could reduce the conduction rate, power and impulse frequency to relieve the pain quickly.
4. Accelerating the tissue repair
Laser can accelerate the growth of new blood vessel and granulation tissue and improve protein-synthesis. Blood capillaries are one of the basic elements of granulation tissue, which is the precondition of wound healing. Organizing much more oxygen supply to damaged tissue cells and accelerates the production of collagen fibers, deposition and cross-linking.
How deep does the laser penetrate?
The penetration of 808nm laser is 3-5cm, it can work under the skin 3-5cm to accelerate the soft tissue repair, and relieve the pain. For the pain relieving, 808nm laser is the best choice.
The penetration of 650nm laser is superficial in the skin, it can improve the blood circulation and body’s metabolism. 650nm laser has the better results for the cardiovascular disease but this can be simulated by using the Sieden Home laser 2-3cms above the skin

Laser Therapy Precautions
There are a few precautions with laser therapy. Eye protection is required for both the patient and therapist, and laser should not be performed over malignancies, pacemakers, spinal stimulators or over the midsection of pregnant women. Care should be taken around moles, tatoos and in patients with dark skin. Darket pigmentation can intensify the feeling of the laser and you should treat without the laser glass being directly on the skin.
